Definition 1. All customers earn one Rewards point (“Point”) for every S$1 spent.
2. Points awarded shall be redeemable for a period of 2 year from the date of first purchase after which these Points will be reduced to zero. Points accumulated in each successive year after the first year shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the commencement of that year, after which the Points will be reduced to zero.
Issuance of Loyalty Points 3. All Loyalty Points are not transferable. The accumulation and usage of Points shall be specified in the monthly statement of account.
Redemption 4. All redemptions are subjected to the accumulation of sufficient Points and final acceptance by Okurimonoya. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient Points.
5. Allow approximately five working days for the processing of a redemption when the delivery address is within Singapore.
6. Once a redemption has been accepted by Okurimonoya, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
7. Rewards Items featured in this catalogue are only available while stocks last. Replacement of Rewards will be solely at the discretion of Okurimonoya and may be made without notice.
Delivery 8. Customers who choose to make use of Okurimonoya’s delivery option must consent to Okurimonoya providing their name, address and contact number(s) to SingPost or any delivery agents specified by Okurimonoya, in order to facilitate the arrangement of a delivery appointment.
9. Delivery is only available between 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. There will be no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.
10. Delivery is not available for addresses on offshore islands, Changi Airport Transit Lounges or MINDEF COMCEN.
11. Customers or their representatives who acknowledge receipt of the item(s) delivered are deemed to have received the item(s) in good condition and Okurimonoya will not accede to any request to exchange or replace faulty or damaged item(s).
Others 12. Okurimonoya shall not be responsible for injury, pain, loss or damages suffered by any customers in connection with any of the item(s) redeemed through the Loyalty Rewards programme.
13. Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Loyalty Points or redemptions may result in the forfeiture of accrued Points.
14. Okurimonoya reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and the Points required for redemption at any time at its discretion without notice.
15. Okurimonoya’s decision on all matters relating to the Loyalty Rewards programme is final and binding on the customer.
