1. Select the desired Okurimonoya products, click on the products’ picture to see the details of the product. Click “Add to Cart” button.
2. Once the “Check Out” page appears, please make sure that the products and quantities you wanted are correct. Edit if necessary. Click the “Update” button to update the amendments made. Click on “Continue Shopping” button to continue adding items into your shopping cart. Else Click “Check Out” to check out with your shopping cart.
3. If you are a member of Okurimonoya, please sign in after you check out. If you are not a member, you could sign up as member to complete the check out process.
4. Your default shipping address will be shown. Edit your delivery/shipping address if necessary. You could choose a shipping address from your address book or you could key in a new address (eg. your friend’s address, if you want us to send the items directly to him/her). Once finished, click on “Continue” to proceed.
5. You may want enter any remarks regarding your order in the comments column. You could also enter the message you wanted to write in this column (for those who order cards service). Please limit your message to less than 200 characters/alphabets. Please titled it as “ORDER COMMENTS” or “MESSAGE” (so that we know what you wanted to us to handwrite).
6. Choose your preferred payment methods. We accept Fund Transfer and PayPal Payment services only. Click “Continue” to proceed.
7. Please ensure the products, quantity ordered and the amount are correct. Make sure that the delivery/shipping address and other information are accurate. Please be advised that the delivery/shipping charges will only be calculated separately and emailed to you after confirmation of the checkout (within 48 hours after your transaction). Click “Continue” to confirm the order checkout.
8. A “Your order has been processed” page will be shown. If you want us to notify you on the products you just ordered, please tick on the box beside the product name. We will send you updates on the product details.
9. An Order Confirmation (“Thank you for your Order”) Email will be sent to you (through your registered email address) automatically by our Order Systems. This email will detail the products, quantity, the total amount payable and your preferred payment method. Please note that this is not a Request Payment email. The amount to be paid does not include Delivery/Shipping charges.
10. An Order Payment Email will be sent to you within 48 working hours after your transaction. This email will indicate the total payment amount incurred for the order you placed. This payment amount includes the cost of the items and the delivery charges.
11. Depending of what you choose in the payment methods, the followings will apply.
i) If you choose to pay by PayPal, a Request Money Email will be sent to you via PayPal. Click on the weblink in the email to pay. Please pay within 72 hours after this “Request for Money” email is sent.
ii) If you choose to pay by Fund Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer, please transfer the payment to our company bank account detailed in the Order Payment Email you received. Please indicate your name and Order ID in the remarks column when you do the transfer. Please include an underwriting (via email) of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence and Bank Transaction ID to help us expedite your shipping. Please take note that all administrative shall be borne by the customer.
12. Delivery will proceed once we confirmed your payment. The following Delivery conditions apply.
i) Delivery Within Singapore,
5 work days after payment is confirmed.
ii) Worldwide Delivery
Delivery time varies and is dependent on the destination country customs regulation. Typically 14 work days.
Payment Methods
1. Credit card payment via Paypal
PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal for all orders. All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in SGD Dollars. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly.
Actual Purchase and Shipping cost will be advised in a confirmation email upon placing an order.
To use PayPal, please visit PayPal website for details and signing up your FREE PayPal account. PayPal has over 153 millions member accounts and it is known for their safe and easy-to-use payment scheme for online transactions globally. Security measures provided by PayPal is one of the most highly-regarded standard achieved in terms of global usage and one that makes global e-commerce easy to use.
2. Fund Transfer.
i) Bank payment via Internet/Local and International Fund Transfer
We accept Local Bank (UOB/OCBC/DBS/POSB) and International Fund Transfers.
For Bank Transfer (via ATM or Internet Banking), we will need you to inform us that your transfer has taken place.
Please include an underwriting of the Order Number, date of transfer, your email address, full name, contact number and most importantly, your correspondence address, and Bank Transaction ID to help us expedite your shipping.
